Boil beets in advance, dropping them into boiling water. Boil beets in advance, so that it had time to cool down well - we do not prepare the salad from hot or warm beets.


How to prepare beet salad with garlic:

Grate boiled beets on a fine grater.


Press garlic through a press, salt and pepper. Stir. (The amount of garlic should be adjusted to your taste, I added 1 small clove).


Dress the beets and garlic with mayonnaise.
